Bed and Breakfast Every morning we serve a rich and varied breakfast, Buffet, to start the day well.
Private Parking (for a fee) We have private parking inside our garden €10.00 per day – subject to availability.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi All rooms are air conditioned and there is free Wi-Fi. Furthermore, most rooms are equipped with a fridge, safe, telephone, TV, hairdryer and courtesy toiletries.
Family Rooms More spacious rooms with 3 or 4 beds are also available, ideal for families or small groups.
Relaxation Area in the garden A common area in the garden with swings and chairs is available, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Our Hotel is located in one of the most fascinating areas of Alassio, in a private street that connects Viale Hanbury with Corso Marconi. Here, Villa Fiorenza and Villa Banksia form a small corner in English style, full of charm and history.
– Built in the early 1900s, Villa Banksia was once the residence of Mrs. Key West, daughter of the English painter Richard West who, at the beginning of the century, painted Alassio in fascinating watercolors. Some of his works are now exhibited in the town’s art Richard West Gallery ( https://cultura.gov.it/evento/imparare-per-la-vita-richard-west-gallery ).
– Walking in our garden, it is easy to be enchanted by the variety of plants and trees that make it a unique place: from geraniums to centuries-old palms, from the old pepper tree to grapefruit trees, mandarins, lemons, aralias, ficuses and the wonderful little Banksia roses. These little yellow flowers, which bloom every spring intertwining with the wisteria, give the garden a magical harmony of scents and colours – and it is from them that Villa Banksia takes its name.
