Rates are per room and do not include the tourist tax of €1.00 per person for the first 5 days (excluding children under 12).

Information and general conditions:
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a bathroom, TV, hairdryer, safe, and some with a minibar.
Weekend-only stays usually have a higher rate, and during high season they can only be booked last minute or based on availability.
Check-In: Rooms will be available after 2:00 PM.
Check-Out: Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
Beach: We do not have our own private beach, but we use nearby beach resorts. Please contact us for more information.
Parking: Parking spaces (subject to availability) are located within our garden at a daily cost of €12.00. For our convenience, please reserve in advance. (Please note that the parking lot is closed at night; from 11:00 PM until 8:00 AM, it will no longer be possible to leave the car, except in emergencies.) Upon arrival, you will be asked to leave your car keys with the reception desk for future use. To allow for new arrivals, during high season, the parking space must be vacated on the morning of departure.
Reservations: During the mid-high season, we consider binding only reservations with a Confirmation Deposit (usually 30% of the total amount, with a minimum of one night) paid by bank transfer or guaranteed by credit card (Hotel Fiorenza reserves the right to check the validity of the deposit by pre-authorizing a minimum amount equal to the cost of the first night’s stay or the agreed-upon amount). Unless otherwise agreed, the balance will normally be paid at the hotel. We do not accept American Express and Diners cards.
